Welcome to The Burnett Practice

The Burnett Practice is located in Portadown Health & Care Centre.  Within the Practice we have two Doctors - Dr J A Burnett & Dr Tanya Winter.

The Doctors and staff at the Burnett Practice are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, seasonal flu vaccinations and childhood vaccinations.

In addition to everything you need to know about the Practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information at the click of a mouse.  You can currently download registrations forms, find out how to request a home visit and much more. As we develop our website we hope to offer online prescription ordering, change of name and addresses and even how to cancel existing appointments.

We are always striving to improve our services so please fill in our patient survey, or leave some feedback on our contact details page.
